Howard Small is a real estate guru with extensive foreclosure investment experience. I am a real estate foreclosure investment expert, author, trainer, and coach. I have more than 20 years of experience buying and selling single family houses, townhouses, condos, and even apartment buildings. I was inspired to become involved in real estate investing after I closed on my first home. I was introduced to a broker who showed me a book about real estate investing in 1983.
